Big Cherry
From 2019 to 2020, we developed the Big Cherry neighborhood, a carefully planned community spanning 9,474 square meters, offering 32 unique and attractive home units. This project, rooted in our dedication and passion for real estate, provides quality living spaces that cater to the diverse needs of its residents. Today, many families enjoy the “life with taste” that Big Cherry delivers, reflecting our commitment to creating harmonious and vibrant communities.
Cherry Neighborhood
The Cherry project, launched in 2016 with an initial investment of 24 million euros and completed in 2018, represents an exemplary development in modern urban planning. Spanning 27,000 square meters, it includes 130 separate housing units, each designed with safety, quality infrastructure, and attention to detail in mind. Cherry Neighborhood is notable for introducing ecological and smart home concepts to the region, offering a harmonious blend of modern living spaces and innovative architectural design.
Apple Project
The Apple project, completed between 2014 and 2015, showcases our dedication to quality and meticulous attention to detail. This high-rise development spans 5,950 square meters and features 48 well-designed apartments, three luxury penthouses, 11 commercial areas, and 48 parking spaces. Combining residential excellence with commercial vitality, the project offers a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication for its residents, while ensuring essential services and retail opportunities are conveniently accessible. With ample parking available, the Apple project addresses the needs of both residents and visitors, exemplifying our commitment to creating well-rounded and functional living spaces.
Pear Project
The Pear project, launched in 2013 and completed in 2014, stands as a prime example of innovative mixed-use construction, seamlessly blending commercial, residential, and recreational spaces. The first two floors feature a vibrant 4,600-square-meter shopping mall with 26 commercial units, offering a variety of shopping and dining options. Central to our vision of family-oriented living is a 745-square-meter indoor playground, providing a safe and enjoyable space for children. Above the commercial areas, the project includes approximately 13,600 square meters of residential space, comprising 99 modern apartments designed to cater to diverse family needs. To ensure convenience, Pear Project also includes 200 parking units, strategically positioned for easy access to both commercial and residential spaces, enhancing the overall experience for residents and visitors alike.
Home 2
In 2012, we initiated a high-rise residential building project in the heart of Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, demonstrating our commitment to quality and innovation in urban development. Completed in 2013, this project features 38 meticulously designed apartments, offering a variety of layouts and sizes to meet diverse needs. The building also includes four commercial areas strategically positioned to serve both residents and the surrounding community. To ensure convenience, the project provides 46 dedicated parking spaces, facilitating easy access for all residents. Covering 5,200 square meters, this development exemplifies our dedication to excellence in modern urban living.
Cherry Elegant
Built to herald a new era in architecture and design, the Cherry Elegant project was conceived with a pioneering focus on innovative living solutions aimed at simplifying life. This neighborhood, comprising five residences each averaging 240 square meters, was a groundbreaking intervention that explored new paradigms in pattern, architecture, and design. Initiated in 2008 and completed in 2009, it set the foundation and ethos for the company’s future large-scale endeavors. Throughout the project, our commitment remained steadfast: to introduce lifestyle concepts that facilitate and enrich daily existence, with a belief that the true essence of a beautiful home lies in its simplicity.

Home 1 is a landmark of urban living in the heart of Pristina, Kosovo, covering 4,600 square meters. Completed between 2010 and 2011, it offers 40 apartments, 2 luxury penthouses, 3 commercial spaces, and 48 parking spots. Designed to be more than just residential, it integrates global brands, advanced materials, and eco-friendly solutions, creating a vibrant community hub with access to dining, shopping, and medical facilities, all within the lively city center.
Cherry Traditional
Cherry Traditional, one of our earliest projects, is a pioneering residential development in the municipality of Pristina, marking a significant milestone in community-focused urban planning. This neighborhood, comprising a total of 150 residences, reflects an innovative vision that introduced progressive concepts to the region. We were directly responsible for the construction of 47 houses, each spanning 200 square meters, characterized by clean, minimalist lines that harmonize with lush green gardens, offering a tranquil lifestyle. In addition to the residences, the development includes a nursery and a convenient market, enhancing the community’s livability. Launched in 2004 and completed in 2006, Cherry Traditional stands as a landmark achievement in our portfolio, symbolizing our commitment to creating peaceful and harmonious living environments.
